One to One Mini Nutrition Consultations
Workshops are designed to tackle some of the most common issues affecting productivity and engagement in the workplace. Popular topics that focus on helping your employees understand and act on areas of nutrition and lifestyle are:

Eating for Energy
Good Mood Food
Building a strong immune system
Mindful Eating
Stress resilience
Nutrition programs are suited to companies looking for a longer term solution to their employee health and wellbeing. Often running for 6 months, the program enables employees to have follow up sessions, one to one mini diet MOT's and allows the company to track progress and engagement for the duration of the program. This is a bespoke offering and can be customised depending on the needs of the company and its employees
One to one mini consultations offer dedicated nutrition and lifestyle support to individuals. Across two to three nutrition consultations, these sessions allow for personalised nutrition advise and follow up on progress. This is a more in depth offering, looking at specific health concerns, diet assessments and long term behaviour change.
My Approach
Creating change and implementing healthy habits is not achieved overnight. Telling people what they should be eating often leads to some form of resistance.

Instead, my approach through the workshops and one to one sessions breaks down the scientific facts about food and how our body responds. By encouraging behaviour change and goal setting, employees are led down the path of seeing how change can have a positive impact on their health and wellbeing.
